Paste meeting notes, business signatures, approved exports, or page copy, then choose one address per line, comma-separated output, or domains only. It does not crawl websites, find new contacts, verify mailboxes, or send messages.

Plain text containing complete addresses works best, including approved contact exports, notes, business signatures, and copied page content. Text copied from PDFs may work, but line breaks can split an address. Images and scans need text recognition first, while disguised forms such as “name at company dot com” may not be detected. Always review the final list for relevance and permission before using it.

The tool keeps the first occurrence and removes later duplicates, even when capitalization differs. For example, Hello@Example.com and hello@example.com become one lowercase entry. Domains-only output also removes repeated domains. This makes the result easier to paste into a spreadsheet or another approved workflow.

No. An address can look correctly formatted and still be inactive, mistyped, owned by someone else, or unsuitable for outreach. Verify important addresses separately and confirm that you have a valid reason and permission to contact them. Extraction is list cleanup, not consent or deliverability verification.

No. The source text and results stay in the current browser tab and disappear when you clear, refresh, or close the page. The tool does not send them to an API or save them to an account. For confidential content, still use a trusted device and consider clipboard history, extensions, shared computers, and screenshots.
